Your responsibilities
Search for new Suppliers of indirect spend category - machines, services, investment goods and services: analysis and selection of offers, selection of vendors
Leading negotiations of T&C, signing contracts
Implementation and supervision of purchasing procedures of indirect spend category
Search and implementation of procedures connected with savings
Creation, administration and monitoring of POs in the system
Close collaboration with maintenance and engineering department connected with technical and CAPEX spend as well as with other departments to optimize the purchasing and delivery procedure.
Employer requirements
Higher education graduate
At least 5 years of experience in indirect spend preferably in the production environment, experience in leading investment and technical negotiations will be a strong asset
Experience in searching for suppliers and leading negotiations with them
Fluent communication in English (B2 level at least)
Analytical skills connected with advanced knowledge of Excel
Practical knowledge of ERP system.
