PETRONAS Lubricants International is the technical resource behind PETRONAS' Technical Partnership to the MERCEDES AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team and is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of Fluid Technology Solutions™.

Buyer

In this role you will:

Support the procurement to pay process in a country and/or region. You will be responsible for efficient processing of purchase requests, transform these into purchase orders and issue these to the suppliers. You will also work on cross country projects managed by the category lead and perform small value procurement jobs.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Translate purchase requests into purchases orders
  • Make sure ordering process is in line with applicable category plan and other processes
  • Execute small regional procurement projects (tenders)
  • Coordinate with Legal Department and Commodity Manager contract development and reviews
  • Demonstrate and promote behaviors consistent with Petronas Behaviors
  • Comply with all company policies, LOA, procedures and safety standards
  • Manage multiple competing priorities in parallel
  • Deliver savings according to target

Qualification and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, engineering or related area
  • High knowledge of Polish and English is mandatory, German – nice to have
  • SAP knowledge
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Strong communication skills; able to communicate in a professional way and to establish good working relationship with internal and external key stakeholders
  • Responsive and responsible to deliver on commitments
  • Being able to work in a structured and disciplined way
