Your responsibilities
Contacts with suppliers, company representation in the scope of commercial and operational arrangements,
Valuation of new components and conducting price negotiations with suppliers,
Analysis and control of costs related to the purchase of components from suppliers,
Escalation of topics at suppliers,
Benchmarking and implementation of new suppliers,
Participation in packaging exhibitions,
Supervision over contracts with component suppliers,
Implementation of savings projects with suppliers,
Preparing, conducting and finalizing tenders,
Periodic assessments of suppliers and audits,
Leading QBR or YBR meetings with key suppliers,
Support for the process of introducing new projects from the purchasing side,
Preparing and implementation of new processes.
Our requirements
Demonstrated prior experience in Packaging industry with Offset/Flexo Printing background,
A sound technical basis, technical understanding and experience with packaging specifications and drawings,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Polish,
Great Excel skills and a talent for communicating and presenting to other people.
Eligible to work in Poland (EU).

Bachelor/Master
Proficient user of MS Office, MS Project, MS Power Point
Creative, team player, innovative mind mixed with analytical thinking and attention to detail.
