Your responsibilities
Placing orders in SAP for products and services
Report analysis, filling on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and monitoring order process
Management of purchasing platforms
Handling the claim process
Supporting the training new employees
supporting in developing the purchase contracts
Invoice acceptance
Meetings with suppliers
Meetings with internal stakeholders
Ad-hoc actions and support related to purchase department
Our requirements
Minimum around 1-2 years of experience in Purchasing in an industrial background or similar project as buyers’ or production planner
Bachelor degree
Fluent English spoken
Good experience and knowledge on Purchasing / Planning, NPI dept
Knowledge of using SAP/any ERP, Purchasing and other tools (SAP is preferable)
Good knowledge and hands-on exposure in MS-Office
Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills / customer interaction and decision making skills
Good Analytical skills and also the ability to think and solve problem/give recommendations
Ability to work in a team environment and independently
