Buyer Support Logistics (Port)
You will be responsible for:
- Provide support to the Lead Buyers / Buyers team
- Preparation and analysis of RFQ and ensure effective documentation processing for Inland Water and Polish spot demand
- Contract Management: collect from buyers all price updates and distribute to SC, gather KPIs, ISO certificates, follow up of unpaid invoices
- Vendor Management: Creation and/or extension of vendors
- P2P: creation of contracts in SAP (POs), some amendments to SAP contracts
- Ensure historical contract information is accessible and distributed as necessary
- Run reports asked for Buyers / HOSC
Our expectations:
- University degree
- Previous experience in procurement preferred. Strong reference
- Business fluency in English and German (min. B2)
- Analytical skills to report on contracts
- Strong organization skills
- Experience with information systems (SAP preffered)
- Comfort working with contracts/synthesizing information to develop concise summaries
