Your responsibilities

IOR Petroleum Pty Ltd is part of the privately owned IOR group of companies which has been active in the petroleum industry in Queensland for over 30 years. IOR is a vertically integrated petroleum group, with interests in oil production assets, a crude oil refinery in far western Queensland and a fuel distribution network of depots and diesel truck stops throughout regional Australia.
Due to the complex and varied nature of our business processes, the Company relies on a custom/in-house developed information system. We are currently seeking a C# / .NET developer with experience creating user interfaces for both windows and web platforms, experience developing APIs and services, backed by a good working knowledge of SQLServer.
The role will involve a combination of building new features and sub-systems, migrating existing layers of the system to a new architecture, contributing to the systems’ design and architecture, at the same time maintaining and improving existing systems.
Initially the role will be based in Poland and will work remotely to our Brisbane, Australia office. However, IOR will consider sponsoring the successful candidate for a Visa to work in Australia.
