Your responsibilities

  • Roll out the enhanced marketing and PR strategy in traditional, digital and social media

  • Review and revise marketing strategies and objectives

  • Lead planning, preparation, test and optimization for offline and online marketing campaigns

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and make suggestions for improvement on ROI

  • Work closely with global Marketing teams, Graphics and Performance departments to ensure deliverables and marketing execution

  • Work closely with the General Manager to analyze and execute potential strategic relationships and partnerships

  • Work closely with Sales and Operations departments to understand customer expectations and experience and structure methods for improvements

  • Assist in writing and editing marketing and sales material ensuring engaging, fresh and accurate content

Our requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in marketing positions, with focus on brand growth and digital marketing either at an agency or a corporate brand

  • Results-driven and number-oriented, breathing reports and KPIs

  • Familiarity with Google Ads and Facebook Ads

  • Ability to manage a blend of remote and in-house employees

  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written

  • Advanced project management capabilities


  • Communication skills in German will be highly appreciated

  • Previous experience as Marketing Manager and/or on building a brand from scratch will be considered a plus

We are currently looking for a talented C2B Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team in Warsaw.

As a C2B Marketing Manager for Spotawheel Poland you will be working closely with Spotawheel's Management Team to set marketing goals, execute across all channels and meet

business goals and KPIs. You must be comfortable planning ahead and executing across various traditional and digital channels.
