Your responsibilities

  • Support and delivery of training programs and initiatives to educate and enable sales teams

  • Performing the onboarding training, sales processes and methodology and sales enablement

  • Providing coaching and mentoring

  • Analyse and develop programs to upskill sales core competencies and performance of all defined sales representatives

  • Support enablement and communication efforts of sales team to support new product launches

Our requirements

  • Fluency in German, English (native / near-native)

  • Strong sales experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Awareness of or experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM preferred

Optional

  • Knowledge of the Polish language would be an asset

  • Strong technical proficiency and the ability to learn complex systems quickly
