Your responsibilities
- Support and delivery of training programs and initiatives to educate and enable sales teams
- Performing the onboarding training, sales processes and methodology and sales enablement
- Providing coaching and mentoring
- Analyse and develop programs to upskill sales core competencies and performance of all defined sales representatives
- Support enablement and communication efforts of sales team to support new product launches
Our requirements
- Business fluency German and English
- Strong sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Optional
- Knowledge of the Polish language would be an asset
- Strong technical proficiency and the ability to learn complex systems quickly
- IT and/or L&D experience
