Your responsibilities
Support and delivery of training programs and initiatives to educate and enable sales teams
Performing the onboarding training, sales processes and methodology and sales enablement
Providing coaching and mentoring
Analyse and develop programs to upskill sales core competencies and performance of all defined sales representatives
Support enablement and communication efforts of sales team to support new product launches
Our requirements
Business fluency German and English
Strong sales experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Optional
Knowledge of the Polish language would be an asset
Strong technical proficiency and the ability to learn complex systems quickly
IT and/or L&D experience
