Trustwave, a developer of network security products and compliance services, announces an opening for a Call Center Helpdesk Support to work with our Compliance Support Services department in Warsaw.

We are currently looking for a talented, energetic and highly motivated Call Center Helpdesk Support to work with our Compliance Support Services department in Warsaw.

CALL CENTER HELPDESK SUPPORT
Working time pattern: FULL TIME, SHIFTS SYSTEM
Location: Warsaw, office at Prosta Street


The Call Center Helpdesk Support is responsible for:

  • Interface with a variety of international customers over the phone, in a polite, positive, and professional manner
  • Respond to needs and questions of customers concerning their compliance requirements
  • Take responsibility for customer satisfaction
  • Respond in a timely manner  to clients and internal colleagues
  • Document actions in tickets to effectively communicate information internally and to customers
  • Resolve problems independently; understand and follow escalation procedures

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong verbal (phone) and written (email) communication skills
  • Stress resistant
  • Fluent knowledge of second foreign language welcomed
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks with engagement
