    • Key accountabilities:
      • Register and resolve Customers Requests.
      • Support the customer by phone.
      • Monitoring of the request resolution process.
      • SLA process fulfillments.
      • Customer satisfaction management.
      • Control of the escalation process.
    • Essential Skills/Knowledge:
      • Knowledge about IT hardware and software.
      • Very high communication skills.
      • Good MS Office knowledge.
      • Working under high stress.
      • Ability to shift work.
      • Service desk experience is preferable.
      • Self-Study & development.
      • Good command of English.
