Your responsibilities

  • Strategy & Project management

  • Mastermind the strategic set up of the annual Central Campaign plan (global with local execution) and definition of KPI sets and target setting

  • Responsible for the end to end individual campaign lifecycle, from planning and management to execution and control as well as analysis (including necessary documentation and further development of campaign concepts after performance analysis.)

  • Capable of defining campaign concepts ranging from brand awareness/development to major shopping holidays (promotions)

  • Research market trends, competitor activities and best practices, being able to promptly react to changing circumstances

  • Be constantly aware of local conditions to offer the best campaign to the respective customer in different countries.

  • Define and steer the overall planning and coordination of product selection within the campaigns.

  • Commercial Acumen & Analytics

  • Create and coordinate bookable marketing packages (internal & external) to integrate supplier marketing placements, optimizing exposure through multiple online channels (Web, App, Email, Social Media, etc.)

  • Fully own your campaign KPIs and Key Success Factors, being able to analyse data and drive business decisions

  • Use data analytics tools such as Tableau and GBQ to be able to drive campaign analytics and dashboard development

  • Customer Focus & CX

  • Develop creative and innovative concepts for campaigns, taking into account customer-oriented and target group-specific media ideas and customer touchpoint strategies (including creating media plans as well as orchestration of measures across all channels for self-defined customer group(s).

  • Work closely with channel experts from different departments to ensure the consistency of our online and offline presence.

  • Work closely with the Product team to create and embed an A/B testing framework for Campaign components, striving for continuous improvement

  • Act as a Campaign SME when it comes to driving technical developments (app, targeting integration, raffle integration, tool development campaign management).

  • Stakeholders Management and Communication

  • Close collaboration with the Sales, Vendor Management, Central Marketing, Graphics and Pricing departments, amongst others as well as external agencies

  • Create presentations and presenting concepts to interface departments (to higher hierarchy levels when required)

  • Act as a business partner to reconcile needs and objectives between central and local teams

Our requirements

  • High motivation and interest in driving commercial topics across many stakeholders in the business while enjoying working with data and being able to distil complex data into strategic actions

  • 3–4 years of experience in a commercial marketing role. Client-facing work is a big plus (for example, in consulting, start-ups, technology, banking, or strategy)

  • Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills. You need to be able to translate complex information into simple, palpable concepts

  • Great attention to detail and pride in producing consistently high-quality work

  • Extremely collaborative and effective in a cross-functional and dynamic environment, ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

  • Positive, energetic attitude with a can-do mentality

  • Knowledge of data visualization or business intelligence software is a big plus (e.g. Google Data Studio, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) combined with advanced Excel skills
