Driving the end-to-end recruitment process for campus vacancies (internships & graduate traineeships) - from identifying the business needs to leading all aspects of the offer process for the selected candidate;
Running the end-to-end relationship with relevant target universities and colleges – as well as planning and carrying out recruitment events (job fairs, guest lectures at universities etc.) - based on the academic calendar;
Shaping our EMEA campus recruitment strategy as well as implementing it for Poland as well as across EMEA - and thereby establish Philips as an employer of choice offering meaningful work;
Partnering with our businesses to create an excellent intern experience - beyond the learning pathway and proactively promote interns for full-time graduate opportunities;
Act as a strategic talent advisor to the business by staying up to date on labor market trends, graduate recruitment and sourcing tools;
Be a true teammate and support your colleagues in EMEA by practicing knowledge sharing, help out if needed and living a culture of constructive feedback and ever-day learning.
Relevant work experience in Talent Acquisition – preferably in a technology setting – combined with a Bachelor or Master degree;
A structured approach – to have the ability to deal with a large variety of activities and partners;
Excellent communication and influencing skills – combined with a strong customer focus;
Strong learning agility with proactive, “can do” attitude;
As you will be working around 60% from our Lodz office and 40% from home, being based on a commutable distance from the greater Lodz area is a requirement;
Fluency in Business Polish, English as well as Italian (written and verbal).
