    Description

    In this role you will be responsible for:

    • Supporting campus recruitment function in Wroclaw by delivering high quality graduates and interns to the company across divisions.
    • Engaging members of the business to support recruiting initiatives and organize and lead recruitment events and marketing initiatives at key target universities in Wroclaw.
    • Cooperating with universities (careers services, faculties, student societies and councils) to identify campus strategy for the coming year.
    • Organizing innovative marketing initiatives, social media campaigns and virtual events to attract top talent.
    • Working on global campus work streams in partnership with campus team around the globe.
    • Planning and running marketing events (job fairs, kick offs, wrap ups, virtual events).
    • Managing end-to-end recruitment process in the internal recruitment system (CV screening, interview scheduling, offer processing).
    • Collaborating with recruiters and the firm-wide HR marketing team to plan the internship programs and university specific events in Wroclaw.
    • Partnering with other HR teams i.e. onboarding and training.
    • Tracking and leading the candidate database and compiling data and assessing campus trends.
    • Aligning recruitment with the global Credit Suisse diversity initiatives to ensure consistency is woven into campus programs and the firm’s diversity objectives.

    Qualifications

    • You present minimum 2 years of working experience concerning recruitment and/or event organizing.
    • You poses fluent English language skills.
    • You are passionate about employer branding.
    • You have knowledge and interest in the local graduate market.
    • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
    • You are a self-starter with initiative and integrity.
    • You are well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills.
    • You represent the ability to establish long-lasting relationships to promote the company among potential candidates.
    • You are independent and inventive in collaboration with the company management and external clients.
    • You present excellent communication and organizational skills and good client relationship and negotiation skills.
