    We are
    expanding the Capability Network Team in Warsaw and we are looking for an experienced and accomplished Financial Services: Banking and Capital Markets professionals.
    Working Conditions:
    • Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work         
    • Willing to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term 
    • Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required - typically full time weekly schedule Monday to Friday on client location abroad with fly-backs for a weekend to home location (Poland). Flexible - Remote work is an option and it is depending on the assignment and project arrangement.

    • Minimum bachelor's diploma
    • 2+ years’ experience within Consulting (preferred) and/or other industry experience
    • Depending on your experience you will be considered for Analyst or Consultant position
    • Required area of relevant experience: Product/ Process Management background in Payments / Credit / Banking  Distribution area
    • Good project experience and understanding of at least one key core banking / back office area:
      • Digital banking - Mobile Payments, Payment Innovation/New Channels, Online Banking
      • Core Payments and/ or Cards payments (issuance, acquiring)
      • Credit Process Management: Mortgages, Retail & Corporate Lending, Process Optimization & Transformation, Credit Process Fulfillment, Collections & Loan Recovery processes
      • Core Banking systems implementation experience and related organizational impacts (functional, business requirements, processes, roles, etc.)
      • Capital Markets (Murex/ Calypso implementation experience): Core Trading/Settlements, OTC Derivatives Trading,  Exchanges & CM Infra Services. - in-depth  knowledge of financial instruments across all asset classes (FX, Rates, Equity, Commodity, Credit) - understanding of the Bank’s Treasury processes (Front Office vs Back Office vs Middle Office) - experience in trading/booking/settling/pricing/accounting/modeling of financial instruments - programming skills would be an asset
      • Branch Optimization:  Next Generation Branch, Branch Sales Force Effectiveness, Branch Process Optimization
    • Or good project experience in Banking Distribution area:
      • Customer Relationship Management
      • Channel Management, Multichannel Integration & Optimization
      • Segmentation Strategy, Digital Strategy
      • Customer Experience Management, Customer Care Processes
      • Knowledge of latest industry trends in terms of Customer Relationship
    • Good mix and exposure to Operations and Technology (operations, technology, front office, contact center, Internet Banking, Branch banking & Back office operations)
    • Good understanding of the various challenges, business and technology imperatives in the Core Banking / Back office  or Distribution and Marketing space
    • Exposure to creating Business Operating Models, processes design and business requirements gathering
    • Project Management exposure - Should have managed teams and project deliveries experience;  Project Management certificates would be additional advantage
    • Retail (preferred) or Corporate banking experience
    • Consulting and project delivery experience – preferred
    • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) is required
    • Good level of the other foreign (EU) language e.g. German, Italian, French, Spanish would be strong asset
    • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competencies
    • Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
    • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
    • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented and distributed delivery environment
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
