Your responsibilities

• Scope of responsibilities

• Propose directions of change and implementation of car fleet strategy

• Defining and implementing car fleet processes

• Car policy delivery and execution

• Car fleet management (including car fleet life cycle, replacement and hand over of company cars)

• Car fleet maintenance (including damage and other repairs coordination, regular vehicles maintenance, tires replacement)

• Maintaining detailed records of vehicles servicing and inspections

• Car fleet administration (including registration of new cars, fuels cards and invoices)

• Cars insurances process management (including insurance expiration control)

• Cooperation with car fleet suppliers (including leading in all car fleet related purchase orders)

• Advisory and analyses on car fleet financing model (leasing or purchasing)

• Car fleet budget and costs controlling and reporting (including fuel efficiency control and other car fleet related costs)

• Ensure operational and cost efficiency of car fleet

• Monitoring drivers behavior and ensuring a high level of customer service

• Single point of contact for employees related all car fleet topics

• Other car fleet and logistic related activities
