Your responsibilities
Co-create the commercial strategy and OKRs in a cross-functional team, in line with the vision, mission and strategy of RDP.
Co-lead the defining, designing, implementing and executing of the tactics of the network.
Populate the network with the needed persons.
Create and sustain a stimulating environment where sales and profit growth in line with corporate objectives.
Gather and analyze data and/ or business metrics to make critical decisions; shares insights with partners and recommend innovative solutions
Utilize data sources to review key metrics such as market trends, customer segmentation and needs to sense and address organizational needs proactively.
Maintain and increase market and market share by generating (new) business and this contributing to the financial objectives of RDP.
Co-responsible for the P&L of the network and focus on exceeding strategic, financial and operational goals and targets.
Represent Roche in external forums, helps to position Roche as a key player in diagnostics.
Cooperate and visit Key Customers and Opinion leaders.
Pilot solutions and manage implementation of successful innovations.
Evaluate all actions, conferences, campaigns etc. on outcome/business impact
Participate in international projects

Expertise:
Education: Relevant University Degree
Marketing knowledge in the area of interest is a required
Proven experience and knowledge of the diagnostics/healthcare market
5 years of experience in strategic or commercial environment
Experience in the Diagnostics/healthcare market and commercial awareness.
Knowledge of Polish and MC Healthcare market, competitors’ products, tactics and business philosophies is a plus
A curious mind, willing to engage in various topics, and a fast learner
Proficient level English, Polish is a plus
