Carrier Management Intern

Your responsibilities

  • Carrier Management team Support on administrative tasks – back office

  • Monitoring and negotiations of transporters’ offers placed in regular tenders or on Spot Market

  • Transport  suppliers  support:  issues  and  queries  (TMS,  billing,  access  to  Spot  Market,  Training, contacts updating) that requires research to resolve

  • Transport tenders – preparation, support in tendering process and loading data into TMS.

  • Incident management with Rates and Routing Guides: expiring Rates/RGs, not working, creating new... research required to resolve

Our requirements

  • Student’s status in Logistics / Transport Management

  • Available to work min. 24 hours per week

  • Good written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

  • Analytical skills with attention to details

  • Good communication skills

  • High motivation and openness to learn

  • Fluent Polish and English required
