Perform day-to-day activities in terms of Cash Collection and accounts receivable area.
Send statements and dunning letters, prepare reports and comments for assigned portfolio etc.
Contact customers and take calls to resolve customers queries and disputes.
Proactively manage the overdue process and account reconciliations.
Cooperate closely with different departments (Customer Service, Cash Application, Markets, Orders Hold, Masterdata).
Reading and learning operating procedures, contributing to the development and improvement of the operating procedures.
Escalating of all unsolved/unclear issues to the Team Leader.
Assist TL and O2C Manager to identify and implement process improvement initiatives and best practices.
Achieve results aligned with KPI.
Be backup of other team members in case of their absence.
Undergraduate degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent in working experience.
Minimum of 1-year experience working in Accounts Receivable / Collections/Accounts Payable within a Shared Services environment.
Strong competence in Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel).
SAP knowledge is an asset.
Fluency in written and oral English plus one of the indicated languages (French, Norwegian or Dutch).
