Cash Collection Specialist with German

Your responsibilities

  • Timely cash collection and account maintenance for a defined portfolio of customers,

  • Analyzing the customers’ accounts and liaise with the customers via call or email to ensure timely payment,

  • Cooperating with Commercial, Invoicing, Credit Management and VAT Teams for efficient problem solving,

  • Daily contacts with customers for any non-payment or delayed payments,

  • Maintaining receivable sub-ledger,

  • Making sure that customer account reflects commercial reality,

  • Preparing and maintaining overdue and aging reports,

  • Follow-up reason of non-payments,

  • Answering questions and supporting stakeholders and customers as requested,

  • Assisting with financial reporting to managers and senior executives,

  • Reporting important issues related to customer payment behavior to Direct Supervisor,

  • Investigating and resolving any client account discrepancies,

  • Assisting Encashment Clerk in obtaining necessary payment details from customers.

Our requirements

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English,

  • Very good written and oral communication skills in German (min. B2),

  • At least Bachelor Degree (Finance or Economy would be an asset),

  • Proficient in using MS Office,

  • High level of motivation, ability to work under stress,

  • Problem solving skills with a “can do” attitude,

  • Very good organizational and communication skills.


  • Knowledge of SAP.
