    Cash Processing Manager (AVP)

    Location: Olsztyn

    The Sanction Screening Hub is a specialized unit that provides sanction screening services within a centralized department for cross-border and domestic funds transfers. The Hub was created in June 2015 - since then, we have consistently extended the list of type of services and scope of the countries. Eventually, the team will provide services for the majority of countries in Europe, Middle East & Africa. We place special emphasis on providing the best quality services coupled with timely delivery, whilst ensuring that operational activities are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the global sanction policy. Simultaneously, it is extremely important for us that each team member can also focus on individual development in a comfortable working atmosphere.

    Job description:

    • Remote Management responsibilities
    • Ensure all documentation for remote management is up to date
    • Review all MIS provided by our Vendor, analyze and make any recommendations
    • Hold weekly service review calls with our Vendor
    • Review Vendor capacity on a regular basis and make recommendations to Manager
    • Reviews and is aware of all Policies and Procedures on a regular basis. Ability to understand   changes in sanctions legislation and how they will directly impact the team
    • Monthly co-ordination of managerial control results, review and reporting breaches
    • Tracking and reporting of errors and follow up on corrective actions
    • Heavy involvement in audit preparation including organizing internal audits and follow up on any recommendations
    • Act as the escalation point. Ensure all escalations are dealt with timely to customer’s satisfaction
    • Full oversight and monitoring of accounts that require balancing or reconciling
    • Suggest systemic process improvements
    • Interact with colleagues in line with Citibank values and policies
    • Capacity planning and sufficient cross-training of all tasks
    • Crisis management: prioritization of escalations and engagements of all relevant parties to resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure minimization of impact
    • Required to personally support system changes/weekend testing and ensure any issues/risks are dealt with and escalate where necessary


    • Two years of experience in people managing and/or project management.
    • Experience in other managing other managers would be an asset
    • Fluent English spoken and written
    • Experience in regional and global cooperation
    • Very good skills in planning and organizing
    • Working time flexibility
    • Ability to make decisions under time pressure and in crisis situations
    • Polish is not required
    • Ability to communicate with all associates in a professional manner
    • Ability to create a secure environment by proper controls implementing and monitoring
    • Very high ethical standards and integrity
