    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage the team to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines
    • Review deliverables compiled by the Team
    • Project management and execution of transition activity
    • Prepare and plan workloads to ensure external and internal deadlines are meet
    • Identify and take action to correct procedural weaknesses
    • Communicate to internal departments progress on pending project
    • Act as first point of contact for general queries
    • Facilitate resolution of outstanding issues and/or exceptions with other departments in respect of the unit’s work
    • Monitor and document process flows and procedures
    • Management of internal/external audit requests
    • Determining training requirements and development activities
    • Maintaining and fostering a team environment
    • Ensuring error reporting and mitigating actions in place
    • Keeping accurate and complete files of all daily transactions
    • Upon receipt of Rightfax messages in the Communication Box, timely and accurately verifing authorized signatures and SCEC/PoA compliance and carry out a callback if required
    • Decoding test keys. Following up on misdirected/unclear messages
    • Initiating and following up on Test Keys, RMAs, Routing rules and setting up Customer records in the BESS system
    • Adhering to established bank and Cash Operations/Communication procedures in order to minimize risk to the bank. Identifies risk situations and efficiency improvements and elevates them to the dedicated FLM
    • Maintaining and fostering a team environment
    • Ensuring any internal/external audit queries are dealt with in a timely fashion
    • Ensure HR documentation is maintained in a timely and accurate manner

    Required skills:

    • German and English on B2 level
    • Degree in Accounting or Finance or Business related area
    • ACCA/CIMA/ACA/CPA qualified or part qualified an advantage
    • Minimum 2 years in Custody or associated business area
    • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
    • Attention to detail crucial
    • Skilled communicator, both verbal and written in English and German
    • Service-oriented with analytical and problem solving skills
    • Team player
    • Ability to work on own initiative
    • Good management skills
    • Knowledge of common investment vehicles and market products
    • Knowledge of SSB systems and workflows
    • General knowledge of SWIFT MT2XX/1XX/3XX format requirements
