Your responsibilities

  • Procure indirects (CAPEX and services) for investment projects in CANPACK Group (globally)

  • Manage relations with stakeholders and act as a business advisor

  • Conduct sourcing process from RFQ/RFX to contract signature

  • Manage and negotiate all commercial terms and contractual deals

  • Manage and develop long-lasting relationships with suppliers

  • Develop and qualify suppliers

  • Prepare and conduct supplier performance review meetings

  • Deliver costs savings

Our requirements

  • Several years of previous experience in a similar position (indirect and services procurement preferably), with full procurement process overview

  • Master's degree in Economics or Business area preferred

  • Proven track record of high spends negotiations (preferably in global, strategic procurement)

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

  • Knowledge of SAP system and advanced MS Office skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Proactively identifying and solving issues

  • Comfortable working with legal and contractual terms and language

  • Ability to work under the time pressure in a dynamic environment

  • Can-do attitude with a drive to deliver and exceed targets
