Would you like to work with suppliers across Europe as you shape our indirect procurement?

Keep our factories running through excellent procurement
Stepping into our offices in Nowa Sól, you will become part of an experienced team of category managers and packaging engineers within our Group Procurement department.

Here, you will be responsible for indirect procurement on group level for our factories in Poland. This includes facility management, security services, electricity and other services vital to maintain a steady production.

More specifically, you will:

  • Conduct annual supplier performance evaluations
Procurement expert with a taste for stakeholder management

You also see yourself working in a FMCG company characterised by a high speed to market and highly structured processes where compliance is key.

Furthermore, you:

  • Are an advanced Microsoft Office user, and preferably, you also know SAP
  • Are able to travel 10-20 days per year to collaborate closely with suppliers and colleagues

Although indirect procurement is already well-established in Denmark, there are still lots of opportunities for growing this area in Poland. As a category manager, you will have the chance to take part in this journey and make your mark on the future of procurement at Toms.

You will do so by aligning local agreements with group strategy and reassessing current suppliers and services to ascertain which can best be utilised going forward.

Lastly, you will get to contribute to defining and updating global indirect procurement processes and policies and taking part in CAPEX and OPEX procurement negotiations and other key procurement projects.
