Your responsibilities
Develop and execute the strategic direction of the category;
Initiate intensive benchmark activities and observe market data;
Responsible for setting budgets for your category/Categories in terms of raw material development and Develop a comprehensive Business Plan/Tactics;
Insure supplier compliance to our terms and conditions e.g. signing of frame agreement, Code of Conduct and Environmental requirements;
Optimize supplier footprint for the supply base and decide on optimal number of suppliers;
Align with Engineering to clarify technical prerequisites and to drive cost reduction;
Secure availability of materials to our factories to continuously ensure a high delivery precision;
Frequent dialogue and coordination with suppliers to ensure high operational performance;
Build active operational and strategical improvement plans.
Our requirements
Your qualifications:
• At least 5 years’ experience in procurement department (preferable automotive);
• Economic understanding, as well as the understanding of legal documents;
• Good oral and written English and Polish;
• Bachelor’s in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or other relevant higher education as well as experience of working in an international Group is an advantage.

• You desire to build lasting relationships with people all over the world and you have a strong customer focus;
• You have strong communication skills, both oral and written;
• You are a team-player and at the same time you are confident on making own decisions;
• You possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks;
• You possess the ability to proactively set targets and execute their realization;
• You are reliable and have a detailed-oriented mindset together with analytical and problem-solving skills.
