Be accountable for developing the overall strategy for ACD brands within dermocosmetics category in the HUB Poland & Baltics to drive sales and achieve targets.
Provide category insights and proposal by analyzing consumer/marketing and customer data & monitoring relevant market conditions in HUB (sell out data full analysis with reco)
Provide to the marketing and sales team a comprehensive overview of shopper needs and behaviour
Work closely with the ACD sales team to determine optimal pricing thorugh analysis of sales trends, competitors, buying habits and planogrames of products to promote sales opportunities
Develop and execute dermo category plans to meet sales targets
Provide strategic alignement with retailers and contribute in developing JBSs
Build a trustful relation with counterparts at retailer’s, gain category captaincies in the pharmacy, monitor dermo category projects rollout, regularly updating the team
Support the commercial team in their business plan alignment with retailers, with the right shopper and category insights, market and category reviews, and during retailer presentation.
Analyze customer requirements & develop product promotions to drive sales.
Help in internal arbitration between ACD brands when needed, thanks to fact & data-based recommendation
Proven experience as category manager or similar role, ideally in the pharma or FMCG industry
Solid knowledge of category management, marketing and sales principles
Project management skills
An analytical mind with a strategic ability
Excellent communication and people skills
Fluent knowledge of English
