RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recognition of trends as well as the strategic design and further development of an attractive range in contrast to our competitors
- Cooperation with our Polish branches and the international / national specialist departments with regard to the optimization and updating of the product range and the supply of goods
- Business management responsibility for results and development for your product range
- Technical and disciplinary responsibility for the holistic development of your team
- Implementation of category management projects
- Negotiation with industrial partners
- Initialisation of and active participation in projects
REQUIREMENTS:
- Well-founded know-how in product range management as well as analytical and strategic-conceptual thinking skills
- Ideally, first experience in leadership
- Fluent Polish and German (level C1)
- A professional approach to our industrial partners as well as the ability to bring together a wide variety of points of view and create a common understanding
- Experience in buying & purchasing
- Communication skills, high social skills and persuasiveness
- Good command of MS Office is essential
