Your responsibilities
Process Fleet purchase requisitions on a daily basis
Resolve issues related to vehicle orders
Facilitating online Auction events in our sourcing platform
Process recalculations of Individual leasing agreements
Conduct negotiations with the suppliers
Closely collaborate with your internal customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
Report your achievements on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Support our further development by identification and implementation of improvements
Support and promote a culture where a high quality of work is the norm
Global service-oriented mind-set with a passion to work with diverse cultures
Our requirements
Proficient in business English (B2/C1)
At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate environment, ideally in operational procurement/SCM/Fleet area
Affinity with Automotive branch, cars and leasing would be a plus
Excellent communication skills and team work spirit
Customer focus with proactive attitude
Negotiation skills will be an asset

Hands-on experience of working with SAP Ariba
Advanced Excel skills
