XL Energy Marketing is a thriving and expanding FMCG company with a global presence and international successes. Due to our plans of expanding our business portfolio, we are currently searching for a dynamic and motivated professional for the position  CBD Sales Manager who will be responsible for the sale and promotion of innovative products based on industrial hemp in all sales channels both domestic and abroad. CBD Sales Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare effective business plan for all projects to achieve required product volume and profit
  • Create new channels and untapped areas of business and establish new sales territories and markets on a national and global level
  • Coordinate, attend and represent the product at various industry tradeshows.
  • Understand the regulatory and market dynamics for food and nutritional ingredients and maintain a professional network in the trade.
  • Create marketing and communication packages that support media events, trade shows, new product releases and sales initiatives.
  • Scans the market and demonstrates deep understanding of key market drivers and emerging trends in CBD business (technology, ecommerce, pricing, customer needs.)
  • Understand CBD process and differences in purity and quality through extraction process in distillate and isolate CBD products.
  • Negotiate pricing, shipping and promotional terms with prospective retailers per guidelines set by the brand.

EXPECTATION AND CHARACTERISTICS

  • Experienced professional who would plan and manage sales of both raw materials acquired from hemp (i.e. oil) and branded products with CBD
  • Established network of CBD industry contacts is a plus
  • Supplement sales and/or Hemp CBD Industry: 5 years (Required)
  • Social Media Marketing Knowledge (big advantage)
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills
  • Solid Track record of meeting or exceeding assigned revenue targets.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • At least partial knowledge of CBD is required.
  • Background in the food or pharma (supplements) industry is desired.
  • Fluent English is a must
