Your responsibilities

  • Good understanding of consulting business, preferably with experience in CEE,

  • Experience in dealing with BD or sales or client facing commercials related topics like, management of clients, industries, platforms, client experience / feedback campaigns,

  • Ability to engage and work together with Partners / Accounts Drivers, guiding and supporting them in the Account Management approach,

  • Initiative to leverage the EMEA and CEE Firm's strategy, ensuring proper utilization of the BD tools and enablers at the client & industry level,

  • Capacity to work on multiple initiatives, teaming up with CEE Marketing and Business Development colleagues for driving together campaigns and initiatives at the industry, platform or priority topic level.

Our requirements

  • High energy person with self-drive and target oriented mindset,

  • 3-5 years’ experience in similar role with a B2B international consulting firm or international successful startup,

  • Maturity to deal with senior partners and staff, management up,

  • Solid internal client focus with attention to detail, result oriented,

  • Experience of working with and managing of international and remote teams is a great plus,

  • Strong project management skills,

  • Team player with ability to work independently,

  • Innovative, technology driven, startup mindset,

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel.
