Your responsibilities
Supply Chain Manager role will provide a single point of contact for the Central & Eastern Europe area in terms of all in-market Supply Chain related activities and tasks. Creating a high performing and Customer Centric culture, this role will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in all aspects of Supply Chain. Working closely with Commercial Leaders, Regional Customer Solutions, Logistics & Planning organizations in executing the overall strategy for the organization.
Accountable for all supply chain operations including logistics, local warehousing, customer service, loan and consignment activities in the Cluster
Enable the Cluster strategy through optimisation of operational resource, process, systems
Deliver operational financials including inventory goals, W&D costs reductions and other efficiency gains
Responsible for all activities associated with in-house / outsourced warehouse management in the Cluster
Drive operational excellence, best practices and continuous improvement
Maintain an effective quality management system (QMS) that meets international standards and adhere to regulatory policies and practices
Provide a quality working environment that is functional, safe, secure and sustainable through effective facilities management and health, safety and environmental (HSE) policy adherence/best practice
Accountable for demand planning process via coordination with planning & commercial organization
Enable effective supply planning based on sales forecast from Commercial Stakeholders
Own the selection, operational performance and contract compliance of third party logistics (3PL) providers where appropriate
Lead, coach, develop an engaged & effective team
Our requirements
At least 4 years in supply chain management experience, including warehouse & distribution, demand & inventory planning
Master degree in Supply Chain, Economy
Proven ability to identify key issues & carry forward an idea from conception to execution
Track record of thinking conceptually and mastering complex subject matter quickly
Strong Leadership & performance management experience & result-oriented
Hands on Leadership with ability to identify and develop talents
Presents working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP an advantage)
Shows good level of practical Excel skills; preferred experience with other analytical and data visualization tools (Power BI);
Should have experience in Healthcare/Medical industry
Fluent in Polish & English skills, Russian and advantage
Travelling up to 20%
