Your responsibilities

  • Driving end to end recruitment processes for non-managerial positions in CEE region.

  • Seeking the best quality candidates to fulfill managers needs and expectations.

  • Being a partner and support hiring managers with all kinds of recruitment activities and best practices.

  • Collecting and presenting recruiting metrics to hiring managers.

  • Managing Candidates and managers experience throughout whole recruitment process.

  • Taking care of employer branding activities.

  • Handling the initial screening of applicants, support in conducting interviews and maintaining positive candidate experience.

  • Managing candidates within our recruiting ATS (Success Factors).

Our requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience as an in-house and/or agency recruiter.

  • Master degree (preferably psychological or HR related studies).

  • Experience in filling various positions at different levels / different areas of business.

  • Experience in volume recruitments/ mass recruitments.

  • Knowledge of using recruitment ATS - Success Factors, is an asset.

  • Knowledge of best recruitment practices (Competency based interviews, STAR model, LinkedIn usage, candidates experience building) / employer branding.

  • Fluency in English

  • Ability to work in fast paced organization, perfect time - management and independent work.

  • High communication skills, inclusiveness, ability to work within very diversed environment.
