Your responsibilities

  • Building a strong team, encouraging, and inspiring employees,

  • Creating and owning the strategy for the country ensuring healthy business growth,

  • Building a project & customer-oriented approach across the company,

  • Proactively seeking prospects for business development in Poland, setting their direction and establishing new concepts,

  • Responsibility for budget creation and financial result of the company,

  • Overseeing the execution of sales plans, achieved margin and profit levels,

  • Designing methods and parameters (KPIs) for evaluating the quality of work of various areas of the company,

  • Optimization of business processes and reporting of results,

  • Managing business relationships with key customers and partners.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in the FMCG, e-commerce or e-sales industry,

  • Experience in sales, customer acquisition, planning and implementation of sales goals and strategies,

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation and team engagement skills,

  • Analytical skills and management by objectives,

  • Knowledge of the English language enabling free communication during everyday work.
