Responsibility for budget creation and financial result of the company,
Overseeing the execution of sales plans, achieved margin and profit levels,
Designing methods and parameters (KPIs) for evaluating the quality of work of various areas of the company,
Optimization of business processes and reporting of results,
Managing business relationships with key customers and partners.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in the FMCG, e-commerce or e-sales industry,
Experience in sales, customer acquisition, planning and implementation of sales goals and strategies,
Excellent leadership, negotiation and team engagement skills,
Analytical skills and management by objectives,
Knowledge of the English language enabling free communication during everyday work.
