Your responsibilities
- Act as an Operating Model subject matter expert, working with Accenture's global teams to shape and help clients develop cutting edge and industry leading solutions
- Advise our clients from various industries on a wide range of Operating Model transformation discussions, focused on Leading Practices implementation, Enabling Technologies, Functional Processes design, stabilization, and harmonization
- Engage and lead client conversations, organize and run workshops and present recommendations to key client stakeholders
- Shape Accenture's thought capital around current and emerging trends in the Operating Model arid
- Participate in business development activities
- Work in a dynamic, international team where English is the common language
Our requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in designing and transforming processes and in building new organizations
- Business acumen, good understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals, and key performance indicators in the CFO organization
- Understanding and experience in GBS/Scabbling technologies will be an advantage
- Ability to work based on objective and goals
- Problems solving and out-of-the-box thinking ability, directed at defining innovative solutions to satisfy customer requirements will be of value

Working conditions

- Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Cracow, Wroclaw or Lodz.
- Due to COVID-19 global situation we are delivering our work remotely. Knowing that our Capability Network model is based on traveling and serving advisory working closely with our Clients, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required if pandemic situation will change.

As the CFO & Enterprise Value professional in the Capability Network team, you will work at the heart of the CFOs agenda supporting areas such as Digital Transformation, Finance & Performance Analytics, Global Business Services (Shared Services), Treasury & Working Capital, Tax Transformation and Enterprise Value Targeting.
You will use your finance and GBS (Global Business Services) expertise to improve operations, increase revenue, reduce costs, and drive market differentiation for our world-class clients. You will implement exciting innovative programs and employ state-of-the-art diagnostic tools to transform an organization from end-to-end.
