Your responsibilities
Lead or participate in successful ESG Measurement, Analytics and Performance engagements, addressing our clients’ business challenges to deliver commercial success together with positive impacts for society and the environment on topics including: Sustainability strategy, Sustainable technology and data, Real-time ESG monitoring and tracking, Sustainability reporting, analytics and modelling
Define metrics (KPIs) to disclose ESG performance and leverage ESG-data to drive performance of our clients
Prepare business case to quantify the return on ESG investment
Use your deep industry knowledge and sustainability expertise to advise clients on their sustainability goals and transformation
Leverage Enterprise Performance Managements (EPM) skills and tools to accelerate Sustainable Performance adoption at our clients
Our requirements
Expertise in green data, green technology enablement and ESG metrics definition
Understanding of market and regulatory environment, Carbon accounting skills
Experience in governance of ESG measurement, i.e. environmental operating model design, carbon offset strategy definition and ESG Framework selection
Application of recognised sustainability frameworks and guidelines (TCFD, GRI, SASB, EU Taxonomy, etc.)
Experience in leading or contribution to projects, ideally in complex transformation programs
Bachelor’s Degree in business or engineering related discipline or equivalent experience
