    The Change Control Associate will be required to work closely with Controllers, Technology and Project team members to ensure any systemic or operational changes are fully understood and adequately tested before implementation. The team is tasked with ensuring that BAU functions are not impacted negatively through change.

    Location: Warszawa

    Responsibilities:

    • Own portfolio of change events and partner closely with India and US team to deliver on the portfolio
    • Work with Business team to document requirements
    • Manage team testing including:
    • Key contact with technology and business team to ensure proper testing is done and processes we implement are ready for BAU
    • Drive the development of appropriate test cases and scenarios
    • Work with technology to manage defects and ensure they are prioritized and addressed in a timely basis
    • Ensure testing meets the requirements and is executed appropriately
    • Ensure operating models are documented and reviewed
    • Work with technology and business to develop a go live strategy and provide post go live support as necessary
    • Key liaison with the PMO and Technology teams attending PWG/PCC as appropriate
    • Manage the project demand list and prioritization process, ensure that we are focusing our resources on critical projects

    Requirements: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
    • Experience managing small teams
    • Knowledge of and experience with ledger, reporting and consolidating systems
    • Accounting skills with an understanding of GAAP
    • Prior work experience of ~5 years 
    • Fluency in both written and spoken English
    • Excellent desktop/spreadsheet/database skills
    • Familiar with industry standards and regulations
    • Knowledge of firm’s products and services
