About the project

As Change Management, Training and Security Awareness Specialist you will play a crucial part in our TOM23 Global Strategic Initiative with the focus on shoring and transforming SPS IT into a global footprint. You will be providing training, communication and campaigns around such topics as IT transformation, security and change management. You will work closely with the project team and regional leaders to ensure adoption, utilization and efficiency of the changes that impact employees, ensuring efficient and streamlined communication at all the project phases. The focus of your role will be the development of communication and training plans as well as associated activities in specific subject areas.

Your responsibilities

  • Plan the change management and communication needs for the TOM23 project to ensure stakeholders are involved, engaged, informed and can access information when and where needed.

  • Implement, manage, track and improve the global security awareness campaigns, as well as integrate them into TOM23 project plan. This will include owning awareness and training toolset used in Security area

  • Analyze and report on stakeholder engagement based on developed stakeholder maps and ongoing engagement

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity and areas of risk as it comes to supporting IT transformation through effective change management

  • Develop and manage communication strategies and plans to ensure consistent, timely, and relevant messaging for different audiences

  • Planning and execution of targeted communication

  • Develop and maintain communication plans

  • Perform the change management assessment and evaluate training needs related to roles changes, leading the development of training plans, and coordinating with internal and external partners on the development and delivery of training programs

  • Create und update Training Material

  • Planning and execution of training

  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change management

Our requirements

  • Experience in IT transformation programs in the role of change manager

  • Previous solid experience in managing change and communication (must be a “master writer” and persuader)

  • Brilliant logical thinker, able to learn and adapt new concepts into business environment

  • Exposure to security processes and training, in the area of security awareness, pricing campaign delivery

  • Experience in working with virtual, global and multi-cultural teams

  • Solid understanding on how people go through a change and the change process

  • Experience with large-scale organization change efforts

  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and change management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships with ability to engage resources outside of direct-control to gain consensus, meet deadlines and achieve goals and objectives

  • College degree

  • Fluent English, while German is a strong plus
