Your responsibilities

  • Understand strategy, background and goals of transformation initiative

  • Support the change lead in developing and delivering the overall change plan

  • Apply change management processes and tools to support adoption of the changes; deliver hands-on change management activities in Poland

  • Anticipate and manage resistance (risk mitigation) locally

  • Collaborate with Communications function to support the design, development, delivery and management of communications, recognizing that the Communication function is leading this aspect of change

  • Collaborate with other project team members in integrating change management into their project plans

  • Engage and coach diverse stakeholders with regards to change and adoption

  • Identify, conduct impact analyses, and assess change readiness, of key stakeholders.

  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.

  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

  • Contribute to defining and implementing a target culture, leadership and ways of collaboration in line with group-wide people & culture development initiatives.

Our requirements

  • Established credibility in the Polish businesses

  • University degree, preferably in psychology, sociology, pedagogy or another discipline complementary to the role

  • 5 years plus experience applying change management principles, methodologies and tools

  • Change management certification or designation desired

  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process

  • Passionate about designing and delivering workshops

  • Exceptional listening and communication skills, adjusting to audiences, both written and verbal

  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships

  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations

  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere

  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills

  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others at all levels in an organization

  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges

  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

  • Fluent in verbal and written English and Polish

  • Comfortable with Excel and Powerpoint
