Change Manager

Understand strategy, background and goals of transformation initiative
Support the change lead in developing and delivering the overall change plan
Apply change management processes and tools to support adoption of the changes; deliver hands-on change management activities in Poland
Anticipate and manage resistance (risk mitigation) locally
Collaborate with Communications function to support the design, development, delivery and management of communications, recognizing that the Communication function is leading this aspect of change
Collaborate with other project team members in integrating change management into their project plans
Engage and coach diverse stakeholders with regards to change and adoption
Identify, conduct impact analyses, and assess change readiness, of key stakeholders.
Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
Contribute to defining and implementing a target culture, leadership and ways of collaboration in line with group-wide people & culture development initiatives.

Established credibility in the Polish businesses
University degree, preferably in psychology, sociology, pedagogy or another discipline complementary to the role
5 years plus experience applying change management principles, methodologies and tools
Change management certification or designation desired
A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
Passionate about designing and delivering workshops
Exceptional listening and communication skills, adjusting to audiences, both written and verbal
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
Problem solving and root cause identification skills
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others at all levels in an organization
Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Fluent in verbal and written English and Polish
Comfortable with Excel and Powerpoint
