About the project
As a Business Release Manager accountable for Integrated Supply Planning platform, you will be responsible for end-to end organizational change process for functionality changes, product upgrades for our Supply Chain Planning solutions.
To support implementation of Kinaxis Rapid Response we are establishing new Integrated Planning platform team in the Warsaw Tech Hub in Poland. This new team will work in close partnership with the Supply Network Operations (SNO) Capability team in the business providing technical capabilities to keep the lights on, to evolve and improve the platform, to maximise re-usage and to optimise and accelerate deployment to new markets.
Within the Supply Network Operations (SNO) function we manage Integrated Supply Chain Planning (Supply Planning and Demand Planning), Logistics and the deployment of New Product Introductions
Manage integrated end-to-end organizational change process and administration across business functions and IDT (IT) services for Supply Chain Integrated Planning platform - Kinaxis
Run end-to-end Integrated Planning solution upgrades (regular SaaS software upgrades bringing new functionalities). Lead and manage required preparation, upgrade, regression testing activities. Coordinate work with software vendor (Kinaxis), support team and business partners
Manage 3rd party vendors to ensure timely completion of required Change Requests.
Coordinate regression testing with business partners and other IDT services.
Define and run environments usage strategy for ongoing change deployments, Kinaxis product upgrades and projects’ activities
Lead of Kinaxis Rapid response product releases impact analysis on current solution and manage definition of regression testing strategy required
Identifying, verifying, analysing, and implementing process improvement and process re-engineering opportunities. Develop process analysis and re-engineering to improve efficiency, lower costs and improve implementation quality
Manage, review, validate and test on related SOX Control under Release Management Process, ensure 100% SOX Compliance
Degree Educated, with minimum 5 years working experience in project management and or support organization
Experience and knowledge of organizational change principles, methodologies and tools
Knowledge of ITIL processes and standard methodologies.
Experience on Managing SOX Compliance
Experience on Digital transformation & thinking
Experience’ on Agile & DevOps model setup and execution
Experience in organizational change within SaaS solutions is highly desirable
Experience in our preferred Supply Chain Planning Solutions of choice is highly desirable: Kinaxis Rapid Response
Certification in ITIL professional examinations
Experience working with Supply Chain Planning solutions is preferable
Certified with Scrum Master and/ or Lean IT
