The Swiss Universal Bank Portfolio Management team is looking for a Change Portfolio Management Expert. You will be collaborating with stakeholders in Swiss Universal Bank Business Areas and Regulatory Change.

As a trusted partner to the Change Teams, IT, Finance and other business teams you build up positive relationships to generate and maintain in-depth understanding of the content and priorities.

Your main responsibilities will involve:

  • Validation of regulatory demand, assessment of the impact (both from a financial and compliance perspective), delivery risk identification and management
  • Supporting the management of the Change the Bank demand pipeline by collecting demand, ensuring completeness, preparing documentation and coordinating reviews
  • Facilitating the change process for the programs and projects by assessing and ensuring required quality of change requests and formulating recommendations on decisions to be taken
  • Communicate decisions to the relevant partners (e.g. program sponsors and program managers) and support them with their implementation
  • Drive the targeted engagement with the Change teams on agreed priorities and alignment with the bank-wide program and portfolio standards
  • Preparing documents for the senior management committees
  • Collaborating on development / developing reporting improvements

We are looking for:

  • At least 4 years of proven experience in Portfolio Management or PMO / Project Management role(s) and expertise in related processes and activities
  • A degree-level education
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication in English language
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, specifically MS Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • MS Access and Sharepoint skills will be an advantage
  • Good analytical skills – investigate issues with attention to details and accuracy
  • Outstanding interpersonal, organization and coordination skills
  • Effective time management – able to manage work under pressure and meet tight delivery deadlines
  • Proven ability to communicate, negotiate and network effectively on all organizational levels as well as within a multi-cultural English-speaking environment
  • Excellent team-player – the team has a top quality delivery reputation and upholds high standards
  • Previous experience in the banking or finance industry will be an advantage
  • Previous experience in working with Clarity / OnePPM and/or other program management tools will be an advantage
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
