Develop and execute the strategy for Inverter channel partner development in Poland, with the KPI of channel sales achievement in both quantity and quality, channel partner insight and mapping in key industries, channel partner program localization, channel branding, etc.
Develop inverter business partners in Poland, build up the local partner ecosystem, including industry association and standards organization.
Collect market information on a regular basis to support the go-to-market strategy and channel policies improvement.
Responsible for MKT planning and implementation together with ECO partners.
Responsible for sales partner’s PSI(purchase, sales, inventory ) and stock risk management, and order forecast collecting.
Manage channel order and potential conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
Sales experience in PV/ Energy field, overseas channel sales experiences and channel sales team management experiences preferred.
Excellent communication skills and good technical knowledge, coupled with a dynamic approach to sales;
Success-oriented, management experience is a must;
Frequently travelling and working in dynamic and fast-pace environment;
Bachelor degree or higher in electrical engineering, or equivalent.
Deep Knowledge in PV solution such as panel, inverter and grid network etc. Familiar with PV business in Poland. Additional knowledge of European markets is a bonus.
Minimum 5 years working experience in energy industry, thereof at least 3 years channel sales in industrial leading company
Excellent command of the English and Polish language, written and spoken, Good communication and presentation skills
