Your responsibilities

  • Single point of contact for the two partner organisations

  • Ensuring that all partner SLAs are met and exceeded

  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure delivery

  • Data importing and exporting, including manual re-keying where necessary

  • Responsible for channel process implementation and management

  • Developing in depth understanding of the necessary partner workflows to assist technology team in developing automations to eliminate re-keying of data

Our requirements

  • Must be fully conversant in written and spoken English

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

  • Able to follow a process between multiple systems

  • Logical and systematic approach with an eye for detail

  • Ability to multi-task whilst working under time pressure to meet deadlines

  • Strong Microsoft Excel Office skills

  • Excellent organisational and planning skills

  • Able to work unsupervised

Background & Job Role:

At the heart of the operation is a technology platform that seamlessly integrates various sales and marketing channels into one back-end system. In turn, various departments such as marketing, product ranging and customer service provide an industry-leading standard of service with their workflows integrated via the back-end system.

We are adding two significant, new sales channels to our operations over the coming weeks and months and are looking to scale these quickly. As integrations typically take a lot of time and require deep knowledge of the partner workflows, we’re hiring a dedicated channel manager to work directly in the systems of these two partners and provide a manual interface between the partner’s systems, our back-end and ensure that the existing teams within our operations meet or exceed the SLA needs of these distribution partners.

The intention is to replace the manual processes with automations over the course of a few months and for the channel manager to be dealing with additional, new partners once the original two are fully integrated into existing automated systems.
