Your responsibilities
Your role will be to coordinate and evaluate marketing activities for the B2B Partner Channel in Poland:
Executing agreed partner marketing plans within agreed budget,
work with International marketing teams on campaigns content and marketing assets,
localizing, activating and evaluating marketing campaigns for B2B partner channel – both HQ-developed and local ones,
localizing marketing sales collaterals (brochures, leaflets, catalogues, blog articles, communication visuals etc.),
preparing communication with and for business partners and distributors,
handling partner marketing communication, including newsletters, mailings, Partner
Portal management,
co-organizing partner marketing events and initiatives in Poland,
driving B2B content for digital communication,
close cooperation with Marketing Manager for Poland,
supporting the process of marketing budget planning,
cooperation with other departments within the company.
Our requirements
Min. 2 years of experience in B2B marketing or channel marketing in Poland, preferably in a technological company,
graduate with master’s degree, preferably in the field: Marketing, Technology,
fluent Polish and English as a must (both orally and in writing),
MS Office management,
experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.com and HubSpot,
hands on experience with digital marketing: understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms,
ability to organize work independently and take ownership,
ability to grasp technological product knowledge,
ability to translate customer needs into the content of communication materials (excellent at writing and reviewing content),
effective communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal),
open and proactive, team player, quick learner.
Optional
German language would be a big plus.
