Chapter lead – Data Standardization (Risk Area)
Location: Warszawa

Must have

  • You are open for other people and eager to take on new challenges,
  • You are passionate about working with people and developing talents of others make you fulfilled,
  • You prefer to concentrate on quality, innovation of created products and people development instead of project management,
  • You want to deal with designing and building data mart and analytical base tables and automation applications for risk modelling,
  • You want to be responsible for team of up to 25 people,
  • You have min. 5 years of experience working with data warehousing, ETL, data marts, big data related products or projects,
  • You know how to code in SQL, how to design a data model, build ETL process and create automation in building statistical or machine learning models,
  • You have higher education (preferably IT),
  • You are excellent team player, persistent, service oriented, people centric, eager to learn,
  • You would like to work in an international environment focused on creativity and modernity,
  • You speak English on a very good level (C1 or above).

Nice to have

  • Experience in working with credit risk or credit risk modelling,
  • Experience in data modeling in data marts, data warehouses or other analytical systems,
  • Experience in designing ETL processes (SAS Data Integration Studio, IBM Data Stage, Informatica or similar),
  • Experience with Oracle or SAS,
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum,
  • Knowledge of SAS and programming in 4GL,
  • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum.

  • Credit & ALM Risk Modelling

We are new organization currently creating our work culture and way of working our task is to set new standards for entire risk team.The objective of the Data and Tools area is to automate, standardize, visualize risk data needed for the different risk modelling use cases by providing them fit for purpose data marts, analytical base tables and applications. We work as a crucial part of the Model Paradigm Shift program.Main products of squads lead by the area are new structural data delivery for modelling through analytical base tables and data mart and applications for automation of all model testing in development, monitoring and validation activities. People within automation and data squads cooperate with other cross chapter squads at RiskHub and Head Office in Amsterdam. In those squads colleagues from Data and Tools chapters help to better understand daily work challenges and how to optimize them.As leader of one of the chapters you will play a crucial role in changing how we work with models. What makes Risk Hub stand out:

  • Our main goal is to build new solutions to standardize, automate and improve work around models lifecycle,
  • We work with new risk models in full model lifecycle (creation, calibration, monitoring, validation),
