Your responsibilities

  • Chatbot platform development based on supplier solution delivered by Cognigy.com

  • Design and contribute to functional requirements provided by customers

  • Complete technical architecture together with architects and technical consultants

  • Ensure high quality of source code

  • Set, improve and promote bots development standards

  • Drive and promote effective knowledge sharing

  • Actively participate in full software development lifecycle

Our requirements

  • Experience and well-established knowledge of Web Development (HTML5/CSS4, Frontend Java Script (vanilla JS, React), Backend Java Script (nodeJS, npm)

  • Latest JavaScript knowledge/best practices of state-of-the-art JS programming (ECMAScript 2020 or TypeScript, Async/Await, Let/Const…

  • Fundamental knowledge of Application Architecture

  • Fundamental knowledge of web interfaces (REST, Sockets)

  • Ability to work in a team and individually

  • Multicultural environment mindset

  • Fluent English

  • University degree (at least bachelor)

  • Understanding how chatbots work (Intent, NLU/NLP) would be beneficial

  • Understanding of Cloud and Container technologies (Azure, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
