Taking care of accountancy of Polish entities from company group and contribute to the group reporting
Active participation in the preparation of financial statements according to specific standards (Polish Accounting Act and IFRS)
Conducting improvement processess
Assigning and booking documents,
Preparation of bank transfers and posting of bank statements
Booking and calculation of reserves currency valuations, deferred tax, accruals, etc.
Keeping accounting records and reconciling them with the general ledger accounts
Preparation of tax declarations and Intrastat reports and other statements and reports for internal purposes and for external institutions
Cooperation with external institutions (Tax Office, NBP)
Confirmation and reconciliation of balances
Min. 5 years of experience in accounting area on a similar position
Educational background: university degree – Finance/Accounting/Economy or completed accounting courses
Very good knowledge of Polish Accounting Act and IFRS
Experience in managing a team
Additional qualifications like ACCA or CIMA are nice to have
Experience in work with the accounting software – especially Streamsoft Prestiż or SAP would be a big asset
Advanced English skills
MS Office – advanced level
High communication and interpersonal skills
