Your responsibilities

  • Improving the financial integrity of Operating Companies' financials by appointing in HEINEKEN Kraków experienced resources to focus exclusively on accounting quality and controls execution

  • Acting as a focal point for the OpCos on financial matters (an accounting “go to” person) and supporting facilitate cross process co-operation

  • Being responsible for leading and managing full accounting operations

  • Supervising and monitoring the entire accounting process including general ledger, accounts payables, accounts receivables, inventory, fixed assets, cash management and taxes

  • Reviewing, investigating, and preparing corrections to errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports

  • Supporting an end to end ownership of HEINEKEN Kraków and OpCo partnering

  • Developing and maintaining successful working relationships with Group, Regions, other teams within HEINEKEN Kraków and key stakeholders

  • Contributing to continuous improvement by proposing ideas, participating in projects and applying any agreed changes to processes

  • Adhering to HEINEKEN Group Accounting Policy and Procedures for all accounting and reporting activities

  • Keeping up with relevant developments in IFRS and / or SCOA and exchanging information with OpCos

  • Liaising with external and internal auditors, sharing relevant information with the auditors

  • Maintaining relationships with third parties including financial institutions, auditors, tax authorities

  • Role might require People Management

Our requirements

  • You have at least 5 years of practical experience in Finance/Accounting

  • You can present proven successful track as Finance/Accounting expert and acting as Chief Accountant

  • You are an expert in tax regulations and standards of international accounting

  • You speak English fluently

  • You are resistant to stress & able to work under pressure

  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills

  • You have strong experience in stakeholder management and change management

  • You have High Project Management skills

  • You can present CIMA, ACCA or adequate certification (as an asset)
