Your responsibilities
Keeping the books of a limited liability company
Ensuring that the registration of economical transactions, settlements and financial statements are compliant with the accounting act and local tax regulations
Preparing annual financial statements
Preparing group reporting in alignment with IFRS and group’s financial policies
Preparing and filing in tax declarations: VAT, CIT, WHT, TP
Overview of reporting to National Statistical Office and Polish National Bank (GUS, NBP)
Taking part in preparation of transfer pricing documentation
Taking part in internal standardization initiatives, ensuring they are tax compliant
Meritorical support to the Financial Director
Cooperation with external parties: auditors, tax office, tax advisors etc.
Supporting knowledge sharing and acquiring for all employees of the accounting department
Looking for and proposing improvements and simplifications in accounting and tax processes
Our requirements
Education in line with the position
Experience on a simmilar position ( experiece with sales unit will be an additional plus)
Knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations
Experience in tax settlements for trans boarder transactions, chain supply transactions and transactions with affiliates
Very good English in speaking and writing
Accuracy, reliability, high work ethics and propriety
Team attitude
