Your responsibilities

  • preparation of annual financial statements and interim statements with financial results,

  • direct cooperation with the management board - preparation of reports for internal purposes and for external institutions,

  • resolving accounting and tax law problems;

  • responsibility for the procedure of confirming balances with contractors, settling the inventory of the company's assets, keeping all accounting records,

  • preparation of CIT, VAT, JPK declarations and representation of the company before external institutions (US, GUS, NBP),

  • supervision over the correctness of tax settlements,

  • substantive and organisational supervision over the accounting department,

  • contact and cooperation with the accountants in other local countries where the company operates.

Our requirements

  • several years of experience in a similar position,

  • good knowledge of the Comarch ERP Optima system,

  • experience managing a team of accountants,

  • focus on solving problems as well as finding and implementing improvements,

  • good command of the English language enabling communication with an international team,

  • a minimum of good knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel),

  • involvement in the work performed,

  • high self-organization of work,

  • accuracy and precision,

  • experience in the consolidation of financial statements of Capital Groups, also with the participation of foreign companies, will be an additional advantage.
